Labor Day isn’t just a holiday—it’s a tribute to the hard-fought victories that have shaped the lives of working people, from fair wages to safer working conditions. These gains were made possible because we stood together, just as we do today.

Yet, the challenges we face are ongoing. We’re up against not only those who openly compete with us, but also those who quietly challenge the values we’ve worked so hard to uphold. We are more than a union—we are a family that stands together, each of us contributing to the preservation of the life we’ve built.
